The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with super-friendly staff on night shift. The location itself was good and handy, right next to Le Mayeur Museum. The restaurant was great and the food was excellent.

Brand-new and spotless rooms with fridge and bathroom, as for instance. Breakfast with bacon and homemade jams, for instance. Favourable and convenient location in Sanur, not far from nearby restaurants, a hike to an unswimable beach, and Nusa Penida or Lembongan.

Amazing good budget hotel for 5 nights in Sanur. Large room with fridge, a computer and a large double double bed. Well presented and reasonably priced food for breakfast.

appreciated the location directly to the beach. the service was good, we had a bountiful breakfast with warm dishes and the same food served everyday from leftovers. we had a really good time here and would definitely go back.

The room was modern and neat with a large double double bed, truly enjoyed it. Hotel's staff were welcoming. Our location was great very close to the ferry terminal. There was The Cameng near the venue. Our whole experience was excellent, recommend.

Everything was simply excellent. The hotel was quiet and absolutely great with amicable personnel on night shift. The location was particularly good and handy, right next to Le Mayeur Museum. It was located in a good area adjacent to the Thai consulate and awesome Japanese restaurant, a right place for me.

I had a wonderful stay at Sri Phala Resort & Villa. The resort has a lovely home away from home feel and the lush gardens are absolutely beautiful. The pools were a great way to relax after a hot day exploring the area. The staff, especially Cokari, were amazing and always went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bali.

Rooms enormous but not enough sun loungers to go round. You need to be up by 8 to get one! Also, restaurants are a taxi ride away but this is really cheap so not really a problem. Very good value hotel

Large, clean room with good and silent air conditioning. New towels every day. Nice clean swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet location. Many small restaurants near by.

Distance to the beach is a bit large. No Deutsche Welle TV reception provided. No confirmation of our booking was sent by the hotel. We had to inquire by phone.

Peaceful resort, nature oasis, friendly staff, delicious food, convenient location.

bed linen is not very snow-white(but always clean). bathroom equipment is out of date( some times bath was leaky)

drinks by the pool, excellent staff, breakfast included

toilet didn't flush properly, although fixed when mentioned to staff, no fly wire on bathroom window so had lots of mozzies

Clean place with extremely helpful staff. Beautifully maintained room, had a REAL GOOD stay on this vacation. Lots of yummy food at breakfast time. What a handy location very close to the harbour to nusa penida! Great choice for trip.
